Standard Training Package

Standard coaching is for the recreational or racing cyclist looking to add structure to their training and begin working with a coach. Whether you are looking to ride your first century or you are an experienced racer, this program will provide the structure, discipline and focus that will help you achieve your goals. The athlete will receive specific, detailed workouts every day provided on a weekly basis. Workouts can be performed indoors or out - with alternative workouts provided in the event of inclement weather.

Through the use of a powermeter, the athlete will perform a combination of structured interval work and unstructured group and fun rides. Field testing of threshold power will be performed regularly to track gains in fitness. The optional detailed power file analysis and trend tracking involves long term tracking of fitness trends and training response. This allows for both historical analysis and training response evaluation as well as long term planning for the coming months and years.

Standard coaching allows for unlimited email contact with the Coach covering a variety of topics including training, race tactics, nutrition and equipment.

The initial consult with the athlete will be detailed and include discussion of goals, plans for the season, athletic background, strengths/weaknesses, etc.

The athlete utilizing the Standard package will have the confidence that an expert is designing their workouts and planning long term - workouts will be clear, detailed and fully customized for the individual athlete. The athlete will enjoy considerable time savings by performing focused training that optimizes their performance without spending unproductive time on the bike.

Available at $275/month ($325/month with optional power file analysis)

Onsite Race Support

Onsite race support is available on a customized basis. This premium service can involve all aspects of race preparation and support that the athlete may need, and will ensure you have every advantage for that special event. Pricing to include travel expenses to be determined based on event location and level of support requested.
