Training & Services

We are currently offering four distinct levels of coaching: Introductory, Standard, Signature, and Premium. This is done in order to ensure the level of attention and access the athlete is looking for in a coach is met. We have found that many athletes who are new to training by power and want to ramp up quickly do quite well on premium for a while, then drop down to Signature or Standard. Our preference is to have a deeper relationship with a smaller number of athletes than to get too diluted and not be able to customize training programs, etc. You will not find cookie-cutter training plans or generic advice with Cannell Champion Training.

One key concept of our coaching philosophy is customization - you won't find one-size-fits-all training plans here. We believe that each athlete is different, and we strive to provide a highly customized, flexible training program that meets the athlete's goals while seamlessly fitting into their busy schedules. Regardless if the athlete has five hours per week to train or twenty-five, you can be confident that our training plans will be fully customized to fit your needs. This focus in combination with fine tuning the training based on athlete response is what differentiates our offerings from many other coaching programs.

Our coaching program focuses on cutting-edge training philosophies that are highly effective and results oriented. Our training plans will allow the athlete to achieve significant increases in power and fitness in less time than traditional training methods.

While not an absolute requirement, having a powermeter to use in training is very helpful and most of my athletes soon discover this. The optional detailed power file analysis and trend tracking involves long term tracking of fitness trends and training response. This allows for both historical analysis and training response evaluation as well as long term planning for the coming months and years.

Onsite Race Support

Onsite race support is available on a customized basis. This premium service can involve all aspects of race preparation and support that the athlete may need, and will ensure you have every advantage for that special event. Pricing to include travel expenses to be determined based on event location and level of support requested.
